Symptoms:

Tennis elbow is a more common occurrence with the younger generation and millennials of today. It is the inflammation of a specific tendon at the elbow caused by an overuse of the forearm muscles; also known as epicondylitis medically.

As is obvious from the name, typically tennis players developed this condition due to the abrupt use of muscles and tendons around the elbow. However, it is no longer restricted to players and athletes. Of late, this condition is becoming a common occurrence among the office going younger generation. Heavy use of electronics such as laptops and lack of exercise of the affected part is a contributing factor.
